Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa through our SECURE shopping cart. We also accept Paypal, personal check and money orders.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is assessed only for the state of Maryland and is automatically calculated into your order if you order from Maryland.
Shipping
The maximum amount of shipping on a U.S. order is $8.00. We ship with USPS first class and Priority mail. There is no “handling” charge.
US Shipping charges are:
Total is less than $15.00; Shipping is $3.00
Total is $15.01-25.00; Shipping is $4.00
Total is $25.01-45.00; Shipping is $5.00
Total is $45.01-65.00; Shipping is $6.00
Total is greater than $65.00; Shipping is $8.00
We also ship WORLDWIDE. Please e mail for rates OR place your order on-line and we will notify you of any supplemental shipping charges. Often with charts there is no supplementary shipping but heavy books can be expensive to ship!
Order Form
We offer a secure shopping cart. However, if you would prefer ordering by mail using an order form, simply enter the items you wish into the shopping cart, print out the shopping cart page, fill in your address and mail it along with your check or money order to the address at the bottom of the printed page.
Returns
Because of the nature of the needlework business and copyrights I am reluctant to accept returns on kits and books. However, I want all of my customers to be satisfied so please call or e-mail with a problem. I am also happy to advise on the difficulty of a particular kit before you purchase it!
